Key Responsibilities:
Develop, edit, and optimize knowledge articles and content within ServiceNow
Oversee all stages of the knowledge management lifecycle, including creation and publication
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
Over 3 years of experience in knowledge management, preferably with ServiceNow
Experience with AI technologies and process optimization
Strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL best practices
Familiarity with knowledge management tools and platforms
