A company is looking for an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor. Key Responsibilities Evaluate new members and create care plans in collaboration with medical staff Facilitate individual coaching sessions and manage a caseload of members Document sessions and maintain member engagement through various coaching tools Required Qualifications Certification as an alcohol and drug counselor or equivalent 3-5 years of experience in alcohol use disorder or addiction treatment BA/BS and/or MA preferred Experience with EMR systems and telehealth settings Knowledge of evidence-based treatment programs and harm reduction models
