Kubernetes Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Designated Support Engineer to provide specialized support to strategic customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage critical issues within large-scale deployments across public and private clouds
Serve as the primary support contact for designated accounts, offering proactive monitoring and problem-solving
Document case scenarios and solutions, contributing to knowledge sharing and customer self-service improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in customer-facing technical support, preferably for critical accounts
Proven experience in deploying and managing Kubernetes production clusters
Extensive hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Availability for on-call rotations and flexible work shifts
