Key Responsibilities Lead the development and deployment of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes across the organization Establish a best-in-class enterprise program management framework to enhance execution of product development initiatives Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on PLM trends and manage relationships with industry partners Required Qualifications, Training, and Education 10+ years of experience in enterprise transformation or program management in a technology-driven environment Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or PMP certification is a plus Deep expertise in formulating business processes and standard operating procedures Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide transformations and program management office (PMO) transformations Experience with agile methodologies, lean product development, and digital transformation initiatives
