L1 Support Engineer
A company is looking for a L1 Support Engineer (Part-Time).
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance to end-users of Canvas via phone, web-based tools, and email
Validate issues, troubleshoot, and resolve end-user problems through the Canvas user interface
Maintain clear records in the ticketing system and escalate unresolved issues to the L2 Support team
Required Qualifications
Strong technical, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Proven ability to function in a self-directed environment
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile environment
Experience in handling clients professionally during interactions
Ability to create documentation of support processes when assigned
