A company is looking for a Lead Engineer, Applied AI to spearhead the development of AI solutions that enhance user experiences across their platform. Key Responsibilities Ship full-stack AI projects end to end, including AI Agents and Retrieval-Augmented Generation Own the architecture and technical strategy for AI solutions Hire and lead a team of senior engineers while improving processes and optimizing AI infrastructure Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer on complex web applications Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, MySQL/Postgresql, and ReactJS Strong experience in at least one programming language for AI development (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript) Experience deploying AI Agents to production and leading engineering teams Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and a strong understanding of NLP, ML, and LLM fundamentals
