Key Responsibilities Lead mechanical engineering design efforts and coordinate detailed design phases Investigate and solve a variety of mechanical engineering issues and perform independent reviews of work Prepare technical specifications and engineering studies, while providing guidance to junior engineers Required Qualifications BS in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program; MS preferred Seven or more years of experience in mechanical engineering design for heavy industrial plants Three or more years of experience leading an engineering design team Technically knowledgeable of equipment and pre-engineered systems for systems design Able to create design schematics using computer design software
