A company is looking for an L&D Lead to manage and enhance Learning & Development programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of the performance management cycle, including reviews and talent calibration
Design and deliver onboarding, training, and development initiatives to meet business needs
Manage and improve the learning experience across digital platforms and ensure content relevance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
5+ years of experience in designing and delivering talent development programs
Experience in designing onboarding processes
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment
Project management skills to drive L&D initiatives effectively
