Licensed Client Service Associate
A company is looking for a Client Service Associate, Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues for LTC/IDI policy owners
Educate employees on available LTC benefit options and facilitate the enrollment process
Collaborate with teams to enhance processes based on customer feedback and stay updated on industry trends
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in account management, customer service, or a similar client-facing role
An active insurance license or availability to obtain one upon hire
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM software
Ability to work on a fast-paced team with specific deadlines
Resourcefulness and a team-oriented, collaborative attitude
