A company is looking for a Clinical Team Lead to oversee patient care in a remote telehealth environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the development and implementation of clinical quality assurance and care management programs Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new clinicians while ensuring adherence to clinical protocols Measure clinical quality rates and manage escalations while maintaining KPIs related to health outcomes Required Qualifications Autonomous, multi-licensed RN/NP preferred with experience in internal medicine or related fields 2+ years of experience in telehealth care, care management, or care coordination 5+ years in an ambulatory adult chronic disease management care setting 2+ years of experience in leading a clinical team focusing on quality assurance Experience working in a fully remote environment and as part of an interdisciplinary care team
