A company is looking for a Highway Design Engineer to design and maintain highways and roads. Key Responsibilities Complete assignments related to highway and drainage design, alignments, and project duties Assist with field inspections and data collection for roadway projects Develop plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates while coordinating with reviewers and other disciplines Required Qualifications B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field (M.S. preferred) 5-10 years of transportation experience, with highway engineering experience preferred Professional Engineering License (PE) or ability to obtain it Experience with MicroStation, OpenRoads, STAAD, and Bridge Design Software preferred
