A company is looking for a Licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join their remote team. Key Responsibilities Handle moderate to complex policy and billing inquiries from customers Document customer requests and complete changes to policies accurately Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving service concerns and facilitating first call resolution Required Qualifications Possess a Personal Lines License or Property & Casualty License 0-2 years of experience preferred Working knowledge of insurance policies and related processes Ability to handle customer documentation requests and explain them clearly Demonstrated accuracy in processing changes to customer policies
