Key Responsibilities Participate in the development and implementation of Epic Order Sets and related builds Support the implementation of Flu Vaccine, COVID, and Perioperative Order sets, including modifications and reviews Provide go-live support, troubleshooting, and documentation of activities in the ServiceNow IT service management system Required Qualifications Licensed Pharmacist with Epic Willow Certification Minimum of five years' experience with Epic pharmacy applications, including system build and testing Proven experience leading and managing workgroups and committees Strong hands-on experience with Epic Willow Order Sets and related builds Experience in providing go-live support and troubleshooting Epic applications
