LTSS Waiver Coordinator - VA

A company is looking for a LTSS Waiver Authorization Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Provide operational support for MLTSS clinical processes in collaboration with care coordination and authorization teams Review and process MLTSS screenings, determine member eligibility for LTSS waivers, and submit waivers to DMAS Assist with corrections of LOC change forms and provide education to care coordinators Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years related working experience in a medical setting, preferably long-term care or home health Medicaid experience is required Knowledge of Medicaid waiver services is required Experience working with low-income, disadvantaged, disabled, elderly, and vulnerable populations is preferred Associate's Level Degree is preferred
