A company is looking for an MDPCP Program Manager responsible for overseeing the Maryland Primary Care Program. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the Maryland Primary Care Program, including financial and care management reporting Serve as the liaison to Chesapeake Regional Information System for our Patients (CRISP) and ensure effective communication and issue resolution Collaborate with internal teams to align priorities and support the successful operation of the MDPCP program Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required At least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment Knowledge of value-based care and experience with CMS programs is a plus Experience working with financial data, including proficiency in Excel Experience leading cross-team projects and managing multiple priorities
