A company is looking for a Mortgage Consultant I (Virtual, United States). Key Responsibilities Manage an active pipeline of loan applications to maximize loan closings while providing excellent customer service Gather loan application data and build consumer relationships to assist in making informed loan decisions Partner with consumers, Realtors, and other teams to build referral relationships and resolve issues Required Qualifications Specialized mortgage lending courses preferred Two years of mortgage origination or loan operations experience preferred Customer service-oriented with exceptional sales skills Must register as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the NMLS and meet all Federal and State S.A.F.E. requirements Strong understanding of mortgage loan products, guidelines, and regulations preferred
