A company is looking for a Corporate Customer Service Specialist. Key Responsibilities Reviews and researches customer complaints and documents issues in the Customer Service log Assists with clearing post-closing conditions and pending repairs associated with escrow holdbacks Answers calls and responds to email correspondence to provide updates and solutions to customers Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Three to five years of customer service experience in the mortgage industry Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional loan programs, and related regulations Proficient with Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems Understanding of compliance regulations and investor guidelines
