A company is looking for a Mortgage Lock Desk Analyst to join their team. Key Responsibilities Lock loans with investors and internal systems; manage re-locks and lock requests efficiently Support Loan origination units by managing the Lock Desk queue and enforcing Rate Lock Policy Collaborate with the Lock Desk Manager and IT to maintain the accuracy of the pricing engine Required Qualifications 1+ years of Pricing / Lock Desk Support experience 3+ years of general Mortgage experience Working knowledge of secondary mortgage market frameworks, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA/VA programs Experience with Microsoft Office applications; SQL knowledge is a plus Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
