Multistate Payroll Specialist

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist (Contract, Remote). Key Responsibilities: Process multistate payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state payroll laws Administer 401k plans and HSA accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations Set up and maintain GL entries and data entry as it relates to payroll Required Qualifications: 3 years of hands-on experience with DayForce payroll software Strong knowledge of multistate payroll Experience with 401k administration and HSA programs Proficiency in GL setup and data entry for payroll purposes Previous experience in payroll implementation is a plus, especially with DayForce
