A company is looking for a Network Support Organizing Manager to support existing groups and onboard new leaders and activists. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 support, coaching, and strategic guidance to groups across multiple states Develop and execute trainings and presentations for onboarding new leaders and members Support the creation of materials and resources for leaders and members while collaborating on special projects Required Qualifications Experience with digital organizing tools or the ability to learn quickly Strong organizer with experience in canvassing and developing leadership pathways Technical troubleshooting skills for managing virtual events and backend operations Exceptional organizational and project management abilities Collaborative and proactive mindset, ready to support team goals
