A company is looking for an Internal Retirement Specialist in New York. Key Responsibilities: Provide education and guidance to participants regarding their retirement plans through inbound and outbound calls Conduct account reviews and calculate retirement projections to advise participants on asset allocation and contribution levels Build strategic relationships with field Retirement Specialists and Program Directors to support business unit sales goals Required Qualifications, Training, and Education: Undergraduate studies in business, finance, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred Required licenses: FINRA Series 6, 63, and Life and Health license Minimum of two years of experience in a relationship/sales-driven position, preferably in a sales call center environment In-depth knowledge of insurance and financial products, with a preference for defined contribution plans Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
