Key Responsibilities Take inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers to assist with insurance inquiries and policy needs Provide expertise on products and services to ensure appropriate insurance coverage Demonstrate empathy while assisting customers with claims and additional product offerings Required Qualifications A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read) For sales roles: Property & Casualty license or opportunity to obtain during training Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems Customer service experience preferred
