North Carolina Licensed Bilingual Sales Representative

A company is looking for a Call Center - Bilingual Spanish. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking customers, providing assistance with insurance products and services Support customer inquiries regarding coverage, billing issues, and policy reviews Assist customers in filing new claim reports with empathy and offer additional products Required Qualifications A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education Fluent in Spanish and English (speak and read) For sales positions, a Property & Casualty license is required, with the opportunity to obtain it during training Ability to navigate multiple computer systems effectively Must be able to work a full-time schedule including evenings and weekends
