A company is looking for a Scrum Master II to support product and software development teams as a servant leader. Key Responsibilities Coordinate projects using agile methodology to manage and deliver solutions while facilitating communication between teams Facilitate daily team meetings and regular stakeholder updates to ensure project progress and address any roadblocks Plan and organize product demos and testing, ensuring effective use of collaborative processes and removing team impediments Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience Scrum Master Certification is required At least 5 years of project management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred Experience with multi-team Scaled Agile Framework models is preferred Experience in the Digital Marketing space supporting technology teams is preferred
