Ohio Licensed Associate Relations Specialist
A company is looking for an Associate Relations Specialist in Human Resources (HR).
Key Responsibilities
Provide consultation to managers on resolving associate and labor issues, including policy and contract interpretation
Investigate low/medium risk issues, gathering facts and determining appropriate actions
Collaborate with stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and addressing complex employment concerns
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources
Preferred: Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or Industrial Psychology
Preferred: PHR certification
Knowledge of Federal and State Employment Law
