Onboarding Security Coordinator
A company is looking for an Onboarding & Personnel Security Coordinator to support human resources onboarding and personnel security administration efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate end-to-end new hire onboarding and maintain employee records
Assist with security clearance documentation and monitor compliance with security policies
Serve as the primary point of contact for security-related inquiries and ensure adherence to security policies during onboarding and offboarding
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Security Studies, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience in HR onboarding, personnel security, or administrative support in a federal contracting environment
Public Trust clearance eligibility is required
Experience with HRIS systems, government security platforms, or onboarding tools is a plus
Familiarity with VA security policies and processes is a plus
