Outsourcing Operations Coordinator
A company is looking for an Outsourcing Operations Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Managing Director and Team Leads within Outsourcing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Outsourcing Team's client monthly billing and maintain accurate data on client agreements
Coordinate scheduling for client lifecycle meetings and facilitate client engagement updates
Develop and finalize various documents, ensuring clear communication and adherence to brand standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum high school diploma with three to five years of administrative experience or a bachelor's degree with one year of experience
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications and familiarity with databases/systems
Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
