A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner I.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direction and consultation in HR matters including recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance management
Assist in the onboarding of new leadership and build leader capabilities in talent and organizational effectiveness
Monitor HR systems and provide analysis of data to identify areas of opportunity for the business
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources
Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR
Experience in policy administration and workforce planning
Proficiency in performance management and compensation strategies
