Payroll Onboarding Specialist

A company is looking for an Onboarding Payroll Expert. Key Responsibilities Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate payroll providers; coordinate implementation and setup of payroll accounts Create customized payroll onboarding documentation and maintain internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Collaborate with benefits brokers to set up employee benefits strategies and guide clients through compensation structuring Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience in a CPA firm, HR consulting, or multi-client environment Familiarity with U.S. payroll compliance and experience with payroll platforms such as Gusto or ADP Experience creating SOPs and client-facing materials related to payroll and onboarding Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and fluency in French
