People Advisor
A company is looking for a People Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Support the People Business Partners throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist in performance management by supporting line managers with OKRs and managing performance review cycles
Produce reports and analyze data to support HR initiatives and decision-making
Required Qualifications
Relevant experience in HR, preferably in a remote, fast-paced start-up environment
Knowledge of HR policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices
Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Jira
Familiarity with ADP and Lattice platforms
Ability to gather data and prepare straightforward reports
