A company is looking for a People Experience Service Centre Manager to lead operational activities in the Shared Service Center.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing, cross-functional SSC team and ensure alignment with organizational policies
Oversee HR operational processes including onboarding, payroll, and offboarding, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage day-to-day activities to ensure high-quality service delivery while meeting established KPIs and SLAs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
7-10 years of experience in an HR shared service environment, with 3-5 years in a managerial role
Proven track record in leading operational teams in a global, matrixed environment
Strong understanding of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle
Experience in driving process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and service quality
