People Systems Analyst
A company is looking for an Analyst, People Systems (Workday).
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations by monitoring and prioritizing requests in the ticket queue
Provide support and troubleshooting, translating functional requirements into Workday configurations
Conduct testing of system fixes and updates to ensure issues are resolved without downstream impacts
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of configuration and support experience with Workday HCM and Security
Experience with at least one module: Advanced Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Talent, or Time and Absence
Experience managing a ticketing system (JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar applications)
Intellectual curiosity and ability to work effectively at all organizational levels
Experience supporting a global organization is strongly preferred
