A company is looking for a Principal IAM Architect - Enterprise Identity Transformation (Remote). Key Responsibilities Lead the Enterprise Identity Transformation by owning and executing the Identity Governance Framework Direct cross-functional IAM teams to ensure cohesive execution across IAM operations, governance, and monitoring Architect end-to-end IAM solutions and make authoritative technical decisions on IAM architecture and product selection Required Qualifications 15+ years of enterprise IAM experience in mid-sized and large enterprise environments Proven team leadership experience across multiple IAM disciplines Strong software development expertise with the ability to design and maintain IAM software solutions Deep expertise across the IAM technology stack, including Okta, SailPoint, and cloud IAM Advanced knowledge of identity protocols and experience with identity governance and privileged access management
