A company is looking for a Program Analyst to support the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR)/Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) Program at Navy Warfare Center facilities in San Diego, CA. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with TPOCs, Program Offices, and Technology Managers to develop technology development topics Assist in project administration and identify promising transition opportunities from Phase II companies Provide technology transition/commercialization services and serve as an advocate for SBIR/STTR efforts Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience with DoD Programs Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience with Office 365, SharePoint, and website content management systems preferred Ability to work independently and exercise discretion in significant matters Must have an active Secret Clearance
