A company is looking for a Program Director for Artificial Intelligence Programs. Key Responsibilities Provide academic leadership for all Artificial Intelligence programs across undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels Design, assess, and enhance AI curricula to reflect current industry and research advancements Recruit, hire, develop, and supervise faculty across all program levels Required Qualifications Doctorate in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a closely related field from an accredited institution Experience leading academic programs, ideally across multiple degree levels Proven teaching record in higher education, with a preference for experience in both online and in-person environments Knowledge of current AI tools, trends, ethical considerations, and applications Experience working collaboratively with peers, especially within multi-program academic departments
