A company is looking for a Project Coordinator, Solar Construction. Key Responsibilities Review permitting and regulatory documents, extracting key deliverables into structured tracking tools Build and maintain matrices to track project commitments, regulatory obligations, and key dates across stakeholders Monitor internal and external deliverables to ensure compliance with timelines and project requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Studies, Construction Management, Business, or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, document tracking, regulatory compliance, or project support within solar and/or battery storage construction Strong knowledge of Excel, Google Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Procore, GIS, or similar) Ability to read and interpret large permitting and contractual documents Experience with environmental compliance and/or CEQA/NEPA processes is a plus
