Key Responsibilities Develop and implement claims onboarding and training programs Analyze training needs and trends to create effective instructional strategies Gather feedback and evaluate training content to ensure relevance and effectiveness Required Qualifications High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred 3+ years of experience in claims handling or claims department 2+ years of experience in corporate training and performance management Advanced knowledge of Insurance Claims processes and instructional design principles Property & Casualty License preferred
