Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain training documentation for clarity and effectiveness Analyze new hire performance to identify training enhancements Manage new hire schedules to ensure timely completion of training modules Required Qualifications and Education Experience in learning and development, preferably in a call center or customer service environment Strong writing and editing skills for creating training materials Experience in quality assurance for customer experience Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively and independently
