RCM Client Success Manager
A company is looking for an RCM Client Success Manager II.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary liaison between clients and RCM operations
Conduct monthly goal reviews and provide data analysis, reports, and recommendations for improvement
Contribute to audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans to uphold RCM performance standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
8+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, with knowledge of billing and practice management
5+ years in a client-facing role with proven ability to manage client accounts
Proficient in healthcare billing software and EHR/PM platforms
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with advanced analytical skills
