Relativity Certified Account Manager
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager - ediscovery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a robust understanding of projects impacting service areas and minimize service impact
Guide the resolution of critical customer incidents and lead technical success plans
Drive internal service review meetings and partner with senior team members to troubleshoot customer incidents
Required Qualifications
Must hold an active Relativity Certified Administrator certification
5+ years of technical experience with Relativity products in a customer-facing role
Proven experience with SQL and Windows platforms, and troubleshooting complex technical issues
Experience working in SaaS, IaaS, and/or Hybrid environments
ITIL Certification preferred
