Key Responsibilities
Build, scale, and lead high-performing Customer Success teams
Manage relationships and drive outcomes for complex, strategic enterprise-level clients
Oversee client onboarding and implementation programs to ensure successful adoption of solutions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience in Customer Success or Account Management
10+ years of experience managing relationships with enterprise-level clients, preferably in education or government sectors
Proven track record in developing strategies for client retention and loyalty

Experience in cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders across various departments
