Research Agreement Associate

A company is looking for an Agreement Associate to manage research contracts and provide support to research departments. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of research departments and serve as the primary resource for contract needs Negotiate terms and conditions of incoming and outgoing research contracts and subcontracts Facilitate communication with investigators and sponsors throughout the grant lifecycle Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of professional experience in legal or contract administration An advanced legal degree (JD preferred) may substitute for some professional experience Some familiarity with federal grant policies is preferred Experience with contracting, preferably in research, is beneficial Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
