A company is looking for a Training Specialist responsible for developing and executing training programs for a Contact Center. Key Responsibilities Organizes and executes the Contact Center training curriculum, including various training modules and resources Facilitates training programs and collaborates with teams to address gaps in training materials Maintains program participation metrics and evaluates training effectiveness for continuous improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or five years of progressive training experience; utility experience preferred Proven ability to create and facilitate technical and operational training programs Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple programs Knowledge of industry-leading training methods and proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to understand and apply complex information from diverse stakeholders
