Key Responsibilities Lead the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) program and manage the information Security Management Committee Develop and present an annual compliance plan to the Board, incorporating cross-functional input Oversee the Incident Response process and manage security incidents, including follow-up and remediation Required Qualifications Significant experience in developing security and regulatory compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001 Expertise in implementing information security practices and managing security events High confidence working in the AWS ecosystem or ability to learn quickly Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members
