Key Responsibilities Develop clear and concise nursing modules focused on Pediatric Nursing, ensuring alignment with current nursing practices and educational standards Collaborate with instructional designers and editors to ensure content meets learning objectives and is suitable for nursing students Regularly review and revise pediatric nursing content to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) required, with a focus or background in Pediatric Nursing preferred Active Registered Nurse (RN) license 3-5 years of recent teaching experience in nursing education at a college/university level, preferably focused on pediatric nursing Proven experience in curriculum development and educational content creation, particularly for pediatric care Familiarity with current pediatric nursing practices and educational standards
