RTSM Product Support Engineer
A company is looking for an RTSM Product Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 3-level product support, coordinating with various teams within the RTSM product group
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and engineers to resolve software functionality issues
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical challenges and maintain documentation of technical issues and resolutions
Required Qualifications
Four-year degree in IT-related field or equivalent, with 4+ years of product support experience
4+ years of experience with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, IIS, MS SQL Server)
Experience in debugging and troubleshooting code-related issues (C#, ASP.NET, CSS, Javascript)
Experience with relational database systems (MS SQL) and high availability environments
Proficiency with scripting languages (VBScript, Powershell, Python, T-SQL)
