Sales Channel Director
A company is looking for a Sales Channel & Affiliates Director to lead the strategic growth and performance of their partner ecosystem across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a regional channel strategy to identify, recruit, and onboard new partners
Build and implement robust onboarding, training, and co-selling programs for partners
Co-develop go-to-market plans with key partners to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in building and scaling indirect channel or partner programs in enterprise software
Deep understanding of the partner landscape in North America
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence at the executive level
Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Services, and Product
A passion for building win-win partnerships and enabling mutual growth
