Key Responsibilities
Train and coach the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to generate qualified opportunities and booked meetings

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of successful outbound sales leadership experience
Extensive experience in SaaS sales
Experience in a hybrid or fully remote work environment
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding sales personnel
