Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership on strategy, planning, and operations
Collaborate with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies and key performance metrics
Drive annual planning processes and provide insights on performance metrics to remove roadblocks and accelerate growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
7+ years of sales strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth company or related fields
Strong business acumen with creative problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficient in SQL and advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills with experience in handling large data sets
Experience in stakeholder management and influencing
Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
