A company is looking for an SD-WAN Support Engineer to ensure seamless deployment and troubleshooting of networking hardware and software. Key Responsibilities: Lead installation, configuration, and validation of Juniper, Arista, and SD-WAN network hardware Serve as the primary escalation point for hardware and software failures, diagnosing and resolving complex network issues Maintain detailed records of troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and system changes while ensuring compliance with IT policies Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in network break-fix support, implementation, and troubleshooting Extensive hands-on experience with Juniper, Arista, and SD-WAN solutions, preferably Versa Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, and security protocols Experience working with networks secured by 802.1x (switch port authentication) Preferred certifications include Juniper JNCIP or JNCIE, Arista ACE, and SD-WAN certification (Versa or similar)
